• Clearance Requirement: To ensure an uninterrupted scanning process, all occupants, including pets, must remain completely out of view. Occupants should be on a different floor or, ideally, not present on the premises during the scanning session.

• Stability is Key: For the duration of the scan, it is imperative to avoid any movement within or near the property. This ensures the accuracy and clarity of the 3D scan, avoiding any potential distortions or inaccuracies.
