We offer horizontal and vertical video formats tailored for websites, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Our services include:

  • Client in Action Videos: You speak, interact with clients, or explain your work.
  • Vertical Videos for Social Media: Optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • No Sound in Base Package: The base video is silent (no music or voiceover), giving you full flexibility to add your own touch.
  • Client Voiceover or In-Action Speaking: Optional add-ons to capture your personal message or brand voice.

Note: Music and graphics are not included in the base package but can be easily added using Canva or other editing tools.

Drone Photography Session Preparation List
for Real Estate Agents

Prior to the Session:

  • Objective Clarification: Define clear goals for the drone session, such as highlighting specific property features, showcasing the area, or enhancing personal branding.

Property Selection and Preparation:

  • Choose which properties will be featured and ensure they are clean, tidy, and well-presented.
  • Arrange for any necessary landscaping or exterior maintenance to maximize curb appeal.

Legal and Ethical Considerations:

  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations for drone photography and respect privacy concerns.

Weather and Schedule Coordination:

  • Check the weather forecast and maintain flexibility in scheduling around the preferred date.
  • Confirm the session date and time with the photographer.

Outfit and Presentation:

  • Select a professional outfit appropriate for on-camera appearances, favoring solid colors over busy patterns.

Session Itinerary:

  • Outline a brief itinerary for the session to ensure all desired shots and properties are covered efficiently.

Day of the Session:

Final Property Walkthrough:

  • Perform a last inspection of the property to ensure it's in top condition for aerial shots.

Technical Briefing:

  • Have a brief discussion with the photographer to understand the session's flow and express any last-minute shot preferences.

Dynamic Shot Discussion:

  • Share ideas for dynamic shots that highlight the property's best features, discussing specific angles or elements you want emphasized.

On-Camera Readiness:

  • Be prepared for on-camera segments, ensuring a professional appearance and a positive demeanor for any "Agent Action Shots" or introductions.

Real-Time Feedback:

  • Provide feedback during the shoot to adjust plans as necessary, based on the footage being captured.

Proofing Gallery:

Gallery Delivery:

  • The photographer will provide access to a proofing gallery where you can view and select your preferred shots from the session.

Selection Process:

  • Take your time to review the gallery and select the shots that best meet your session objectives.

Edit Specifications:

  • Communicate your choices and any specific editing instructions clearly, including desired text overlays, highlights, or focus areas.

Final Approval:

  • Review the edited versions of your selected shots for final approval before their use in marketing materials and on social media.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Plan your social media content, considering optimal posting times and engaging captions for your selected drone videos.

Feedback and Reflection:

Base Video Package (30-60 Seconds)

  • Price: $125
  • Includes a 30-to 60-second video with no sound. The focus is on capturing you in action (interacting with clients or presenting your work).
  • Horizontal or Vertical Format: Choose between horizontal (for websites) or vertical (for social media) formats.
  • Basic Editing: Includes color correction, trimming, and minor adjustments.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Client has requested and Studio has agreed to provide drone photography coverage as part of this Agreement. Studio warrants that the drone operator shall have proper FAA Part 107 Certification. Client understands and accepts that drone photography coverage is subject to Federal Aviation Administration Regulations Part 107 and that Studio is obligated to abide by those provisions which may limit or otherwise restrict the drone coverage available for the event. This includes, but is not limited to, drones being restricted to daylight operation and certain types of airspace.

In the event the drone photography coverage contemplated by this Agreement is completely unavailable due to FAA Regulations (including the FAA’s failure to waive or Studio’s failure to obtain a waiver of any regulation), the drone operator’s determination that weather or other conditions make drone usage unsafe, or for any other reason; Studio’s liability shall be limited to the return of those funds specifically designated for the drone coverage under this Agreement. If a portion of the drone coverage is unavailable, Studio’s liability shall be limited to a pro-rata portion of the funds specifically designated for the drone coverage under this Agreement equivalent to the percentage of lost drone coverage.
