- How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our online form at thecollective.hd.pics/order. Select your desired package, add any optional services, and choose your preferred appointment time. You’ll receive confirmation once your booking is finalized.

Yes. All photo packages include a floor plan, and standalone floor plans can also be ordered. Our plans are accurate, intuitive, and include room dimensions.
- Do you offer aerial (drone) photography?

Yes. Drone photography can be added to any package or ordered as a standalone service. The add-on includes up to 5 professionally captured aerial images, with the option to purchase additional images at standard add-on rates.
- What about Twilight Photography?

A Twilight Session captures your property during the short window between daylight and nightfall, balancing ambient and interior lighting for a cinematic look. Includes 5 photographs.
- What is the Marketing Kit?

Our Marketing Kit ($50) delivers a complete set of branded and unbranded tools for promoting your listing: property website, social media reels, posts, stories, print-ready flyers, slideshows, Pinterest-ready tall images, and weekly traffic reports.
- What will my agents receive as the final deliverable?

We provide your agents with a polished online tour page containing the property photos, floor plan, and any add-ons such as 3D tours or drone imagery. - How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking several days ahead to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons.
- How will I receive my media?

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with download links for your images, floor plans, and any add-on services. If you’ve purchased a Marketing Kit, your property website and marketing assets will be accessible as well.
