As a real estate photographer, I’ve had the opportunity to capture stunning properties across the city, helping real estate professionals showcase homes in their best light. Recently, I photographed three unique properties with VHT Studios, each offering something special to buyers looking for the perfect home in Chicago.

Situated in one of Chicago’s most sought-after locations, 535 N Michigan Ave offers residents the energy and convenience of Magnificent Mile living. This high-rise apartment blends city luxury with unbeatable access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

When photographing this property, my focus was on capturing the breathtaking city views, expansive windows, and the sophisticated interior design. The goal was to highlight the natural light that floods the space while showcasing the sleek, modern details that make this residence stand out. By emphasizing the skyline backdrop and elegant finishes, the images create a compelling visual story that appeals to buyers looking for upscale urban living.

2545 S Dearborn – Spacious Loft Living Minutes from Downtown

Located just ten minutes from downtown, this loft-style property at 2545 S Dearborn offers an industrial-chic aesthetic with high ceilings, exposed brick, and open layouts. Lofts like these are all about space and character, and my approach to photographing them reflects that.

I worked to highlight the open-concept design, emphasizing the interplay of natural light and architectural elements. Wide-angle shots showcased the spaciousness, while detail shots captured the unique textures of the exposed brick and modern industrial finishes. These images not only showcase the beauty of loft living but also help potential buyers envision how they can personalize the space.

235 West Van Buren St #2810 – A Downtown Gem Near Hutchinson Fields

Nestled in the heart of downtown, 235 West Van Buren St places residents within walking distance of Chicago’s top attractions, including Hutchinson Fields. This high-rise unit offers a modern, city-centric lifestyle, making it a prime listing for urban buyers.

Photographing this property meant emphasizing the dynamic views, sleek interiors, and functional design. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an incredible backdrop, showcasing the city skyline both day and night. I aimed to capture how the space feels—bright, contemporary, and connected to the pulse of downtown. These details make all the difference in attracting buyers who want both comfort and accessibility in their next home.
